Potash, from the Sussex area, N.B, presented to the New Brunswick Museum. This specimen of sylvinite was obtained from a depth of 965 feet in Plumsweep no. 1 drilled by the mineral resources branch, N.B. Dept. of Natural Resources in 1971. This was the first discovery of potash mineralization, N.B.
