Trace fossil. Upper Carboniferous. Tynemouth Creek coast, New Brunswick. Collector: R.F. Miller, 2008. New Brunswick Museum (NBMG 14624). Image width 50 cm. An unusual feature found in 2008 is possibly a trace made by a giant ‘millipede’ Arthropleura being pushed into the soft mud. Footprint tracks of an anthracosaur walk around the feature. Anthracosaurs preyed on Arthropleura.
