Trilobite: Protolenus elegans Matthew. Cambrian. Hanford Brook, New Brunswick. Collector: E. Landing and S. Westrop, c. 1997. New Brunswick Museum (NBMG 10265). Trilobite width 2 cm. Will Matthew first collected specimens of the Cambrian Protolenus along Hanford Brook. This was one of the first fossils he described in a scientific publication.
