Burnt Hill molybdenite. Devonian. Burnt Hill, New Brunswick. Collector: L. Fyffe, c. 1980. New Brunswick Museum (NBME 1064). Image width 20 cm. Samuel Freeze discovered wolframite in quartz veins at Burnt Hill in 1907. The Mine opened on the site and produced tungsten and tin from 1912 to 1918 and again between 1952-1957.
